Guy Brusciano, President, CEO
Twenty seven years of marketing and sales experience encompasses international Fortune 500 companies. Experience which allows him to operate his private firm which focuses in Venture Capital, Merchant banking along with Stock Exchanges world wide. Representing group of companies whose investments are diverse and include Mining, High Techlology, Sports Media, Real Estate, Clean Technology, Food Industry, Entertainment and Gaming Industry.

Born in Vnacouver, British Columbia, Guy attended Simon Fraser University, British Columbia Institute of Technology (Business Management Degree) and British Columbia Mining College. Mr. Brusciano is and has participated as Director / CEO of numerious private and publically traded companies. He is member of many associations involving health and safety and environmental along with corporate governence.

Roger Bhatia, Vice President Development
A successful businessman and investor with an expansive 37-year-long career in construction, engineering and real estate development in numerous geographical regions. After 18 years of successful developments in Canada, he moved to Southern California in 1989. For the past 19 years, he has completed a wide variety of construction projects ranging from major freeways, water systems and drainage systems to residential developments, shopping centers, industrial developments and community parks, including the 3,200 ac Master Planned Community of EastLake with a golf course.

His development experience includes over 4,800 multi-family units; over 6,500 single-family units; 2.5 million square feet of industrial and warehouse space; and 1,000,000 square feet of retail for various development companies or for his own account.

Dale Turka, Vice President Marketing
Has senior management experience in international business development as well as marketing and sales of Residential, Commercial and Resort Developments. Assist developers with highest and best-use guidance and superior sales results. He has extensive experience in Marketing and sales of Real Estate projects – Residential, Commercial and Resort Developments throughout North America. Mr. Turka currently operates an international business advisory and advertising firm based in Vancouver, Canada.

Michael Whitaker
A man with an infinite vision, Mike is a very successful architect. Mike graduated with an honors degree in architecture from Nottingham University, England. He has worked on several projects in Canada, Malaysia, Bermuda, U.K., and Bahamas. Creative thinking and knowledge of fine arts makes his designs a very distinctive architecture. He was head of the design teams for beach and tourism developments, hotels and health centers in Malaysia. He created the designs for the palace of Tuanka Sulaiman, son of Sultan of Malaysia. With British background he has an excellent understanding of India, combined with unparallel gift of imagination and creativity, his designs are both exciting and sensational. His choice of materials and colour schemes, vertical and horizontal harmony of structures, layout and spatial interaction of facilities, co-ordinating of landscapes and water features result in a wholesome, completely harmonized facility which is equal to none other.

Robert Borthwick, ASLA

Robert Borthwick has over thirty- five years of landscape architectural experience, the past twenty-eight years as principal of his own firm. He was elected to the Executive Board of the SCC American Society of Landscape Architects in 1987, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Laguna Greenbelt, Inc., the Cal Poly, Pomona School of environmental Design Advisory Board. Mr. Borhtwick has been an instructor in Landscape Design for over twenty years, at local community colleges and the University of California in Irvine, and has been a guest lecturer at Cal Poly, Pomona. His professional recognition includes appointment by the Orange County Board of Supervisors to the Aliso Creek Corridor Planning Task Force; Honored Donor/Professional Services - Fairview State Hospital: and the American Society of Landscape Architects Honor Awards for the Avalon Waterfront Restoration/Urban Design Plan and the City Laguana Beach Landscape Resource Master Plan.
